FAQ

What are your ingredients?

EOGreen Products main ingredients are enzymes and plant oils. Enzymes are naturally occurring proteins that facilitate chemical reactions. Just as enzymes in human saliva break down food on contact to aid in digestion, they break down an insect’s outer shell, causing it to die.

All of our enzymatic products are:

  • Formulated with naturally occurring enzymes

  • Organic and biodegradable

  • Non-toxic and free of pesticides and harsh chemicals

  • Safe for pregnant and nursing women, children and domestic animals

  • Unscented, gentle pH balanced formulas

  • Our Plant oils are derived from Thyme, Rosemary, Wintergreen and Sesame Oils

 

EOGreen also uses natural ingredients such as citronella and peppermint oil.

Where are your ingredients sourced? Is EOGreen made in the USA? EOGreen products are manufactured in the U.S with ingredients that are sourced worldwide.

Does contain any animal products or by-products?

Our products do not contain any animal ingredients, products or by-products.

Do any products contain nuts or nut oils?

Our products do not contain any nuts or nut oils.

Is it safe for me to use products while I am pregnant/nursing?

EOGreen uses only all-natural enzymes with no evidence of toxicity, it is perfectly safe to use while pregnant or nursing.

Should I be worried if my child puts his hands in his mouth after I spray or wash them with personal care products?

It is fine if a child puts his/her hands in their mouth after using, as is non-toxic.

What should I do if my child swallows or gets EOGreen in his/her eyes?​

EOGreen Products is as gentle as mild soap. If your child somehow manages to drink a quantity of EOGreen you should give him/her some water. In the unlikely event your child shows signs of distress please contact your physician. For accidental sprays in the eyes, you can flush with cool, clear water. Your child’s reaction in both cases should be similar to a very mild soap.

I have/my child has eczema/dermatitis. Will EOGreen products irritate that condition?

EOGreen products are safe for sensitive skin, including eczema and dermatitis. 

How do I know what the expiration date is for my personal care product?

All products carry an expiration date stamped on them. You will generally find it on the bottom or bottom edge of our products.

My product was frozen (or got really hot). Is it still good?​

Yes, it’s still good (though we really don’t recommend leaving your EOGreen in extreme heat/cold conditions!). If frozen, you should allow the product to warm slowly at room temperature (do NOT heat in a microwave, etc.).

Do you make unscented versions of your products?

Some of our products are unscented.

Which credit cards can I use? Are there other payment methods available?​

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as payments via PayPal (which can be billed to your checking account as well as various other forms of payment – please see PayPal’s website for further information).

I’m having trouble completing my order online – what do I do?

Please send us an email to contact@eogreenproducts.com. Include a brief description of what is happening and tell us what the error message is (if there is one) that you are receiving.

How do I cancel my web store order?​

Please email us at contact@eogreenproducts.com . We will do our best to cancel your order before it enters the fulfillment cycle. Once fulfillment begins, we are unable to cancel orders.

Do you offer private (white) label opportunities?

Yes. If you are interested in purchasing private (white) label products from, please fill out the questionnaire located on the Private Label page of this website.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. We offer special prices for wholesale customers. We supply wholesale orders to various customers such as institutions, hotels, office buildings, and large distributors. All potential customers must first fill out our questionnaire found on our wholesale section of this website.

Can you make custom formulas?

Yes. We can alter our current products or create something brand new to meet your needs. Whether it is a question of changing consistency or color, or developing a new cleaning or extermination product- we can help you turn your idea into a reality.

Will you help us with business operations?

Yes. We want you to be successful with your venture. We can advise you on any product questions and will also put you in touch with various companies who will assist you in website development, product marketing and distribution, as well as label or any other design work you will need.

Do you have case pack quantities for your products?

Do you offer free shipping at a certain volume?

Do your products have UPC codes?​

Yes.

 

After we place an order for a product that is in stock, what is typical lead time to ship a product?​

1-3 Business days. Usually ships the same day if order is received before 3pm.

Can you ship using the customer's UPS, Fedex, or other shipping accounts?​

Yes, we can use any shipping account.

Are any of your products considered hazardous materials? If so, which ones?

None of our products are hazardous.

We provide the following for shipping purposes:

  • PO on box exterior

  • Packing slips in each box

  • PO listed on the packing slips

  • Advance notification of incomplete shipments

  • Backorders

  • Packing materials (we usually use peanuts)
